El gluten es la prote\u00edna que se encuentra presente en el Trigo, Avena, Cebada y Centeno (T.A.C.C.).<\/h5>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_small\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"l-section wpb_row height_auto\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row via_flex valign_top type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"vc_col-sm-6 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><strong>\u00bfA qui\u00e9n afecta?<br \/>\n<\/strong>1 de cada 100 argentinos puede ser cel\u00edaco. Pueden padecerla tanto ni\u00f1os como adultos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 provoca?<br \/>\n<\/strong>La ingesta de gluten provoca una atrofia de las vellosidades del intestino delgado que conlleva a una mala absorci\u00f3n de los nutrientes (prote\u00ednas, grasas, hidratos de carbono, minerales y vitaminas). Al tratarse de una enfermedad sist\u00e9mica puede causar disfunciones y s\u00edntomas en otros \u00f3rganos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los s\u00edntomas?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Los s\u00edntomas m\u00e1s comunes son: p\u00e9rdida de peso y apetito, diarrea cr\u00f3nica, distensi\u00f3n abdominal, desnutrici\u00f3n, anemia, aftas bucales recurrentes, u\u00f1as quebradizas, ca\u00edda del cabello, menarca tard\u00eda, menopausia precoz, repetida p\u00e9rdida de embarazos, baja talla, fracturas \u00f3seas a repetici\u00f3n, osteopenia, osteoporosis, astenia, cansancio, epilepsia, entre otros.
